Returns and Exchanges - Swedish customers

Goods can be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the collection of the consignment Goods returned must be unused and undamaged, with labels and any original packing remaining. As the customer your are responsible that the goods are not damaged or lost when you return them to us. Returns are free of charge. A return label will be included in the original shipment. We do not handle exchanges. If you would like to change to another size, simply place a new order and return the original item. The goods shall be returned together with a completed return form. Please use the bag that the goods were delivered in, unless the bag has been damaged. When we have received and approved the return, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you about exchange or refund. Please expect two weeks from returning the goods until repayment is made. Please use the Postnord return label for easy returns. Customers shall leave their package at a Postnord representative

As the customer your are responsible that the goods are not damaged or lost when you return them to us. CALISS will not refund the original freight cost in the original order. If you would like to return an item, please contact customer service on info@caliss.com to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number). This shall be included in your return. The goods shall be returned together with a completed return form. Please use the bag that the goods were delivered in, unless the bag has been damaged. When we have received and approved the return, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you about exchange or refund. Please expect two weeks from returning the goods until repayment is made. We cannot handle exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, simply place a new order and return the original item.

Goods can be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the collection of the consignment. Goods returned must be unused and undamaged, with labels and any original packing remaining. As the customer your are responsible that the goods are not damaged or lost when you return them to us. CALISS will not refund the original freight cost in the original order. If you would like to return an item, please contact customer service on info@caliss.com to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Together with the RAN number you will receive a Commercial Invoice for the customs. This shall be included in the plastic pocket (included in the shipment) that you attach on the return box. The goods shall be returned together with a completed return form. Please use the box that the goods were delivered in, unless the box has been damaged. When we have received and approved the return, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you about exchange or refund. Please expect two weeks from returning the goods until repayment is made.

Claims

We guarnatee that the goods you receive are fault-free when shipped. Should you receive damaged goods, contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from collecting the consignment, providing pictures of damaged goods. If the goods have been damaged during transport, please take a picture of the damaged packaging and keep the packaging. The faulty goods must be in unused condition. Return the goods together with a completed return form, stating clearly that it is a warrantly claim. Once we have recived the goods and approved the claim we will send your replacement goods if they are in stock and refund your shipping costs. If the goods are not in stock you will receive a gift certificate and refund your shipping costs. In case of dispute, and where the purchaser is a private individual, we refer to ARN (The Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints). We follow their recommendations. Transport damage

If you discover that the consignment is damaged when you collect it from your post office or when Fedex delivers it, you must report it immediately to the shipper concerned. If you discover the damage later on, you may contact us at info@caliss.com. As customer you are responsible for ensuring the goods are not damaged or lost when returning then to us.

Uncollected goods

We reserve the right to charge for shipping, return shipping, administration and invoicing in respect to uncollected goods.
