Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges - Swedish customers

Goods can be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the collection of the consignment Goods returned must be unused and undamaged, with labels and any original packing remaining. We charge a return fee of 49 SEK but shipping is free. If you order another item as exchange, no return fee is charged. 

To create a return, please follow the guideline at the end of the page. You will recive a QR-code for your return and you can drop off the return at a Postnord pick up point. Please use the bag that the goods were delivered in, unless the bag has been damaged.

When we have received and approved the return, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you about the refund. Please expect two weeks from returning the goods until repayment is made.

We charge a return fee of 5 EUR but shipping is free. If you order another item as exchange, no return fee is charged.
